DIY 36 Watt LED DMX Wash Light
Built with:
- Chromation Systems Wash Light Driver
- 12x 3 watt LEDs, 3 of each color
- 3x Luxdriver 700ma Buckplus ( 7023-D-E-700 )
- 24v 2.7amp, open frame PSU
- Custom polystyrene case
- Aluminum strip for heatsink and to mount the LEDs
- 80mm PC fan for venting
- Heavy diffused plastic, for the lens
- Scavenged a truss bracket, with adjustment screws from an old roto light.
It is very very bright, almost to bright sometimes. A wash light of this strength usually goes for $300 and up, this was built for much less.
