Built utilizing a 24 Channel USB Connected LED Controller to control 12 Volt RGB LED Light Strip, in 8 separate groups. Each group has individual 8-bit PWM which can create over 16 million colors. And is driven at full current for maximum color saturation. It smoothly transitions from color to color with multiple selectable color patterns and the ability to upload custom color sequences using a custom Processing application. This project is 8 groups of 2 sections(6 RGB LEDs) of RGB LED Strip spaced out on a 2" ID PVC pipe, encircled in a 6" diameter tube of white/cloudy plastic. Supported by two 6" plywood discs. Its fairly simple and creates very eye catching effects.
