Numark NuVJ

   Used Adobe Illustrator and a scan of the original graphics, to make outlines of all the knobs, sliders and buttons so that I could print my own graphics skin for a NuVJ. A large format printer and a vinyl cutter with "Contour Cut" is required. Unless you have a lot of time and an exacto. I did mine with a HP 3500CP and a FC-7000 cutter.

   The NuVJ can also be used as a MIDI controller for other applications, but it has some odd messages so I use Bome MIDI Translator, which lets a script be applied to incoming midi sequence ==> Translated ==> Sent to a MIDI Yoke ==> Into a Program such as Resolume
